Amadeus is set in the sumptuous, romantic surroundings of the prestigious Casa Pestagua hotel. Amid the arcades, under Republican-era wainscoting, a beautiful table for 25 guests transports us back to the days of 18th-century aristocratic banquets. For more intimacy, the central patio is the place to eat under the palm trees, lulled by the fountain and the notes of classical guitar on weekends. The seafood specialties are divine.
