Across from the Santa Clara Hotel, in a romantic atmosphere with undeniable charm, an excellent fusion cuisine offered by Colombian chef Federico Vega, with a notable French influence (the latter having studied at Le Cordon Bleu). An appetizing menu, with for example Pañuelos de la novicia (crunchy camembert cheese with wine sauce), or Perdón del Señor (scampi in a sauce of mango, ginger and coriander). The service is friendly and professional and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for a gourmet restaurant.

I spent there new year's eve 2015 and I was seduced all the way: romantic decor and different in each rooms, impeccable service and punctuated (the restaurant was full this evening and staff stayed efficient and nice all long), very well balanced menu and well adapted quality ingredients, aperitif and wine and at will. Probably in the top 5 my dinners!
