Pandebono, or pan de bono, is a Colombian bread roll, made of cassava starch, cheese, eggs and often guava jam. This small cafeteria specialized in pan de bono is a good place to recharge your batteries, with a good natural fruit juice (many varieties, we ask for our own mixes, with or without added sugar, water or milk). It's fresh and delicious, and the staff is always smiling despite the high number of people.
