In a sober and cosy setting, two small rooms on the floor of a colonial house. Valerie, Franco-Colombian, decided to return to her roots by opening this bistro in 2015, to introduce French cuisine, generous and without fuss. Salmon tartar, country terrine and gherkins, stuffed bell pepper, shrimp risotto or the indestructible duck breast with carrot and orange sauce. Bring your Colombian friends, they will love it, and for the French and Francophiles it is a real discovery at the edge of the Caribbean, with very reasonable prices.
