At the foot of the cathedral, Casa Pombo is an architectural treasure, the only Renaissance building in the city. The house was already on the plans of Francis Drake's cartographer in 1585. But Casa Pombo resisted pirate attacks and remains one of the oldest houses in Cartagena. The hotel harmoniously blends original splendor and modern luxury, with well-equipped apartments and rooms, two swimming pools, one of which is on the sun terrace. Accessible by coral stone stairs or by elevator, it offers a splendid view.
