Horrible front desk service. They have a great location and beautiful hotel but just the front desk service makes me never want to come back to this hotel. They really need to do some serious training of their staff.

Muy mala experiencia, las habitaciones sucias, los baños públicos con los pisos todo percudidos (sucios) que daban la impresión de no limpiarlos con frecuencia o no limpiarlos bien, las cortinas de las habitaciones sucias, las paredes “cuarteadas”, nos tuvimos que retirar del lugar y solicitar devolución porque fue una muy mala experiencia.
