Posada la Fe is a small hotel that invites you to relax, with an intimate style, in the heart of Getsemaní and only five minutes walk from the historic center. The establishment has six rooms. Comfortable and bright, they are well equipped and very clean. On the rooftop, you can cool off in a small pool, enjoy the cool sea breeze in the evening and admire a panoramic view of the city at sunset. Another plus, the staff is friendly, while offering a quality service.

One complaint/ warning is that the hotel is on a very loud and busy street that turns into a street party seemingly every night. It is very fun to be so close to the action, and we spent many evenings here, however the noise goes late into the night and you can hear it very loudly from the rooms. Would not recommend to light sleepers. Maybe a room not facing the street would be better. Despite this, still a very positive experience, and great value.

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a view of the city. Also, there are loungers on the rooftop. In addition, there are a few beautiful sitting areas. I love the open concept of the hotel. Despite the open concept, I didn’t see any bugs. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and had enough options to keep me satisfied for my three night stay.
The street comes a live at night with street performers and the surrounding restaurants/bars with outdoor seating right next to the hotel. However, from my ground floor room I didn’t hear any significant noise. The music from the street was extremely faint and I could sleep without earplugs. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to stay here again when I return to Cartagena.
