The two establishments owned by the same owners are clean and well maintained, and offer good value for money. Hotel Villa Colonial has 25 simple rooms with air conditioning or fan (number 201 has a pleasant balcony), a common kitchen, fresh patios and a roof terrace where breakfast is served. Casa Villa Colonial is a more comfortable option, with a swimming pool on the roof.

Excellent receptionist. Good location 10 minutes to The old Town. We have been to casa villa colonial and not hotel villa colonial. The breakfast on the roof is fantastic.
