Donde Fidel has been an emblematic bar in the historic center since the 1980s. El Gran Combo, Tito Nieves and Oscar De León, to name but a few, have come here to dance the night away. By late afternoon, tables are set up at the foot of the ramparts. Here, you can drink cold beers and stiff cocktails, while watching the city come alive. An ideal place to start the evening. Later, the atmosphere rises at Chez Fidel. Inside the bar, locals and a few uninhibited tourists start dancing to the intoxicating rhythms of salsa music played at full volume.
