This colonial building located in the main street dates back to the year 1700. It was renovated a few years ago, to restore all its patrimonial wealth. The nameHostal is the historical name that has been preserved, but this establishment is not a simple inn, it is a real hotel, with all the characteristics of comfort that one can expect. The atmosphere is full of charm with a colonial decoration and a swimming pool, quite magical even, with a gigantic ficus providing a pleasant shade in the first patio.

Por otro lado, siendo el hotel mas costoso de todo Mompox, la comida no es buena, muy basica y simple. Increible que para el desayuno no den opciones diferentes a cafe, el jugo de naranja que ofrecen no es jugo, es una anilina saborizada.
Por ultimo la atencion y actitud del personal de recepcion y el gerente, es muy mala. No tienen vocacion de servicio, todo es d emala gana. Solo excusas, no dan soluciones.
Definitivamente no volveré.
