We reserve for 2 rooms. At the check in they make us wait until 4pm and we’re arrived with my familia and old grand-parents around 1:00pm some other guest got theirs rooms and us If I didn’t poke them they wait for give me one room ready at 4:00pm. When we arrived at the room#1 the smell of the room was disgusting and in the room #2 the AC was so big and noisy. that the noise was unacceptable and the air is directly on the bed…

El personal de recepción es muy serio, parecían molestos. Me hubiera gustado un trato más cordial. El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación a la playa, y por esto mismo en las noches para dormir hay mucho ruido. El desayuno 10/10

Muy recomendable, la atención del personal es impecable, principalmente la de Jeremi. Lo que sirven en el desayuno es abundante y siempre mantienen todo limpio. Lo único “malo” es la humedad que hay en las habitaciones.

Puntos malos el aire acondicionado no se puede detener, ya que es muy antiguo y si lo haces. Se condensa mucha humedad en la habitación, por lo tanto debes estar a 20°C, incómodo ya que se debe dormir hasta con frazada adicional.
No tiene elementos para limpiar el wáter en casi de hacer caca.
Punto excelente. El día que te retiras al retirarte de la habitacion , te permiten usar las instalaciones guardar las maleta en forma segura, piscina, ducha , baño. Hasta que te retires hacia el aeropuerto. Un ejemplo de servicio hacia el cliente.

Fui un completo afortunado al dar con este hotel para mí hospedaje. Un lugar hermoso donde siempre me ofrecieron el mejor servicio posible y me hicieron sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son increíbles, la vista del hotel es espectacular y la atención prestada no pudo haber sido mejor. ¡Completamente recomendado!

Lo bueno los restaurantes, la ubicación, la tranquilidad dentro del hotel. Pueden mejorar si todos se ponen la camiseta.
