El Pico, located at 360 m above sea level, offers a majestic panoramic view of the turquoise waters that surround the island
The highest point of the island, 360 m of altitude. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes at a good pace to reach the summit which stands in the center of the island, starting from the village of Casabaja. A superb hike that allows you to observe the local flora and fauna, unfortunately very affected by the passage of Hurricane Iota in November 2020. But nature is slowly coming back to life. At the top, the panoramic view is majestic on the turquoise waters surrounding the island. Bring plenty of water, to protect yourself from the sun, rain and mosquitoes.
