Housed in a magnificent house in the Poblado district, this is one of Medellín's finest gourmet restaurants, set up by Carmen Ángel and Rob Pevitts. The menu celebrates Colombia's biodiversity, bringing ancestral ingredients from different regions up to date with contemporary cooking techniques. In 2024, the restaurant celebrated its 15th birthday, and the menu still holds many surprises in store (including the famous rice stew with crab and seafood). The setting is modern, the service impeccable and the atmosphere warm.
