To take a few calories before going to venture into the Los Nevados National Park. La Suiza is a traditional pastry shop in Manizales, in the El Cable neighborhood. The establishment was set up in 1962 and has always been very successful. It is good, well presented and copious, even if not very refined in general. You can enjoy pies, doughnuts, juices, ice cream and sorbets.
