A great classic to warm up after the thermal baths. A warm café located in a colonial house, where Juan Manuel Santos' grandmother (President of the Republic from 2010 to 2018) and Hernando Villegas, the founder of the newspaper El Tiempo, lived. Its name pays tribute to a famous architect from Santa Rosa de Cabal, Pascual López, who built most of the important works of the small town. The restaurant above offers a very good cuisine, good pasta in particular, with cheap daily menus.
