Refined fusion cuisine, with local ingredients and inventive sauces, such as coffee-based. Also pizzas, good meat and vegetarian options, which is a change from the classic trucha con patacón, found in most restaurants in the area. Nice setting with a patio, and friendly waiters. Bernabé started out as a simple café, but it soon became one of the most popular restaurants among travelers, even if the prices are a bit higher than elsewhere.

C'était tellement bon, que nous y somme retourner afin de gouter davantage sa carte. Il brasse également de la bière sur place. Nous n'aimons pas trop les stout mais sa bière aromatisée au café est délicieuse !
La salle également est agréable, avec ses petits balcons qui surplombent une des rues principales.
Si vous prenez un café, il vient le préparer devant vous, vous expliquant le processus (comme dans pas mal d'autres endroits de la zona cafetera).
