At the top of the village, this restaurant, which opened in 2019, has focused on modern facilities and decoration, with a beautiful, large dining room and an outdoor terrace with a pleasant view. The menu features trout, of course, and other traditional dishes, some with a fusion twist. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available. It's well presented and copious, but nothing extraordinary in terms of flavors; we expected better given the setting and prices. The friendly staff do their best to satisfy customers.
