A quarter of an hour walk from San Antonio, a public park located on a hill that offers a nice view of the city. You can stroll among dozens of small stalls selling local handicrafts, or food and drinks, and you can even come and dance on Thursdays between 7 and 9 pm, during the Andean dance workshops that have been attracting a lot of people for years. Open-air cinema projections are sometimes organized.
