We were disappointed. Breakfast was not good (fruit wasn't tasty or fresh- no excuse for this in the Amazon), room was not cleaned well, towels were never changed, AC didn't keep room cool, VERY NOISY birds outside the room all the time, and they didn't seem very interested in making sure we had a great visit.
The pictures were much better than the reality.
