I have been based all summer in Podgorica, spending months in Resurs hotel. The position of this hotel is very nice, being both quiet and not far from the city center. The personnel are very nice, always here to help with any request you may have. The rooms are comfy and clean, the bedding comfortable and of good size. As a plus, the hotel have its private parking lot. I highly recommend.

Quiet place with rooms reminding on university campus accommodation, too small. Breakfast is okay but a bit more choice wouldn’t mind. Location is far away from centre, but there is very good connection by bus. There is no bar in the hotel, but still, you can order from the minibar at the reception.

При выселении из отеля персонал заставил меня оплатить больше, чем было указано в моём бронировании на Booking. Хотя в бронировании было указано что конечная стоимость включает все налоги и сборы, девушка на ресепшене сказала что якобы это не все налоги включены, и нужно ещё доплачивать. Начала тыкать мне в лицо разнообразными документами, сказала что я обязан оплатить дополнительные налоги, иначе я буду преступником, который не оплатил налоги. В итоге пришлось оплатить.

Взяв квитанцию об оплате с указанной суммой, я обратился в службу поддержку Booking, они подтвердили что отель меня обманул. Они оштрафовали отель и вернули мне на банковскую карту переплаченную сумму в троекратном размере. Так что если вас тоже обманули в этом отеле, то обязательно возьмите квитанцию об оплате (которую они по закону обязаны выдать), и обратитесь с жалобой в службу поддержки Booking!

It is not polite to write your review like this, especialy when you are not right and we didn't charge you nothing more that need to be charged.
You paid online your acomodation and touristic taxes are not included when you pay online so need to pay in hotel.
We are here to make comfortable stay to all our guests and we are not trying to cheat anyone.
We hope that you understand this misunderstanding and that you will come again and be our guest.

小但乾淨舒適的飯店。

櫃檯人員非常熱情，解說很詳細，很認真對待客戶，也歡迎有任何問題去詢問24小時的前台。

訂單人房，空間不大，但一個人綽綽有餘，行李也可以攤開。也很乾淨整潔，暖氣在0度時也夠暖。

床很小，我睡得很舒服，如果容易翻來覆去的不確定會不會太窄。

浴室廁所也小小的，不到空間狹窄壓迫，有乾濕分離。

沒看到浴巾，不確定是沒有、忘記放或是需要要求才會提供，我都是自己帶影響不大，牙刷牙膏也自己帶所以忘記看了，有沐浴乳、洗髮精、身體乳液。水要到餐廳裝免費熱水。

隔音不確定是不是沒有其他客人，有聽到一點聲音，不影響休息。

遇到算唯一缺點是販賣機的熱巧克力好像水，喝了沒有開心，不過販賣機有賣酒，很讚賞。

Excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room included a safe deposit box, so you can safely store your valuables. The room also had a smart TV, with lots of channels to choose from, as well as YouTube.

The breakfast was delicious. A wide range of hot and cold foods to enjoy.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was a wonderful stay. I fully recommend this hotel to everyone.

Thank you to the staff at the hotel for their excellent service.

The hotel new and is close to the center and has its own parking lot. The rooms are decent size and are very clean. The personel on the recepcion was very kind and helpfull. The place offers travel amenities and hairdryer. The breakfast was continental bife with good selection. The place has very good value for money.

Отличный отель!
Чистые,светлые,уютные,комфортные номера, хоть и не большие, но состояние номеров замечательное, все работает, на вид будто только после ремонта.
Процедура заселения и выезда быстрая. Девушка на рецепции была очень доброделательна,помогала информацией и решила вопрос с ужином.
Слышимость конечно в номерах оставляет желать лучшего,так как слышно всех соседей и все что происходит в соседних номерах

Невеликий але дуже зручний номер. Готель недалеко від центру. Безкоштовно надали змогу виїхати на 1,5 години пізніше стандартного часу. Смачний сніданок і дуже приємна дівчина на рецепції. Рекомендую ????????

2022 Augusztusában töltöttünk el 1 egy éjszakát a hotelben..(átutazóban voltunk az országban) Szerintem nagyon kényelmes, tiszta és komfortos a szoba. Nagyon figyelmes, kedves, udvarias a személyzet, bősèges, finom reggelivel.
Összegezve, kifogástalan volt minden és mindenkinek nagyon ajánlom.
