Here's a small agency on the waterfront at the foot of Herceg Novi's old town. Bikes, scooters, windsurfers, diving courses, etc. for hire. The agency also organizes sailing courses and boat excursions. If all the Montenegrin sunshine and activities have got you down, this is a great place to relax with a drink in the bar-restaurant and enjoy the scenery! Tip: it's best to make enquiries in advance by e-mail or on site. All staff speak English.
