Its continuous service since 1991 speaks volumes! A good address, this restaurant, located in the hotel, was redecorated in 2008 when it obtained its4th star. The decoration is elegant, the cuisine Mediterranean. Especially an address known for its sea dishes (first class fish, octopus, seafood, shellfish...), only fresh local fish coming from the local fishermen. Otherwise, try the house specialty of 4 kinds of meat. A beautiful collection of wines from all over the world, but especially from the former Yugoslav republics.
