In the heart of the old town of Ulcinj (Ulqin), the restaurant Dulcinea offers you a moment of pause in time. The old stones open on the panoramic view of the small bay of the city. The view of the open sea is splendid. If you are lucky, you will be able to see Italy. The elements are there for you to enjoy your meal. Ask to see the bottle before ordering: it must be large. The small 25 cl bottles are far from being called nectar.
