The most central hotel in the city although the city is small and everything is central except the lake. A former socialist era hotel from the former Yugoslavia that was renovated in 2013. The rooms are modern, now equipped with a balcony for most of them. On the first floor you will find the hotel's café with one of the busiest terraces in the city. It also has a restaurant and a large organic farm with hundreds of sheep located nearby, 4 km from the hotel.

A nice place when you come to visit Zabljak to stop by and drink coffee, it is noticeable that hardly anyone orders food, quite a large garden and you can almost always find a place to sit. The staff is quite friendly, the prices are a little higher than, for example, in Podgorica (extended espresso with milk €2), but understandable considering that many tourists circulate through the city.
