Osteria situata a bari vecchia carina e informale molto frequentata, cucina tipica e genuina. Ho provato le orecchiette alle cime di rapa tipiche molto buone da consigliare. Sottolineo il calice di vino delizioso e abbondante non lesinano nelle quantità. Come dolce ho preso lo " sporcamuss" pasta sfoglia e crema limone...grandezza di un biscotto nulla di che. Personale informale e simpatico....quando ho chiesto il formaggio da mettere sulle cime di rape mi hanno risposto ....eresesia non si fa ????! Bene il rispetto delle tradizioni è fondamentale. Non dò il massimo perché ho provato un unico piatto prima di ripartire.

Paglionico, in pieno centro a Bari, è un’osteria tipica che vale assolutamente la pena di provare per gustare un po’ di cucina tradizionale. Antipasti molto buoni, ottime le orecchiette fatte in casa, come anche la tiella barese (riso, patate e cozze), secondi di carne e di pesce assolutamente gustosi. A questo aggiungiamo il personale discreto e cordiale e un conto a fine pasto che non ti fa rimpiangere la scelta visto l’eccezionale rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

バーリで歴史あるレストランということで行きましたが、値段の割に量はあまり多くなく、サービス共にがっかりしました。
オーナーと思しき女性は客がいる隣のテーブルで、終始電子タバコを吸いながらワインを飲み、誰かとテレビ電話をしておりました。
私が頼んだタコのグリルは美味しかったですが、ムール貝は長時間調理されていたせいかパサパサしていました。
お皿も欠けている物が多くありました。
同じ値段(または安い値段)でもう少し良いお店は見つかると思います。
