È la seconda volta che vengo in questo posto, oggi con la mia ragazza direttamente dalla Francia. Una tappa fondamentale, Pesto di Pistacchio, perché è un'esperienza di sapori, equilibri, novità e gusto al di fuori di ogni portata. Ci ritornerei (e ci ritornerò) per sempre. Soddisfazione totale.
