It's not easy to offer vegan cuisine without resorting to the endless soy steaks! The challenge is taken up by this address which finds its inspiration in the diversity of the beautiful products of the land of Puglia, declined in unexpected associations, embellished with wild herbs, spices, dried fruits. It's good, it's tasty, and the simple reading of the map creates curiosity. To be tested with children (without announcing the colour beforehand) to be able to observe them delightfully swallow the vegetables they sulk at home!

An intimate vegan restaurant with amazing options for both adults and children. The menu is original, tasty and delicate at the same time thanks to the combination of healthy ingredients and the amazing creativity of the chef. The staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Esperienza nuova in questo locale vegano, non mi ha entusiasmato molto… mi aspettavo qualcosa di più particolare dato comunque il costo del menu, mi è piaciuto molto l antipasto di arancino con cardoncelli, ma meno la terrina di rosa di patata annegata nell olio..
primi piatti un po’ miseri..
In generale ho mangiato bene, ma per la materia prima che ho avuto 110€ (menù di capodanno) in due davvero esagerato, per il mio punto di vista . ..

Che meraviglia di ristorante! Cibo buonissimo ed originale (e senza crudeltà!), incorniciato da una grande professionalità e disponibilità del personale. Sono celiaco e non ho avuto alcun problema nel selezionare piatti già presenti nel menù o personalizzabili senza glutine.

Come prima volta in un ristorante vegano, ho vissuto una bella esperienza. Mi ha portata una mia amica che ci teneva tantissimo a farmi conoscere un posto nuovo...e mi è piaciuto molto!
Abbiamo iniziato con un tacos ripieno di melanzana, patata, crema al pistacchio, macinato vegetale, e tartufo e
Poi 2 primi entrambi buonissimi: linguina al pesto di pistacchio, olio e basilico; pappardelle con pesto di cavolo nero, ricotta di mandorle con l'ingrediente che mi ha fatto optare per questo piatto....il peperone crusco.
Per secondo ho scelto una parmigiana di melanzane con crema di anacardi e parmigiano veg. Buono buono buono!
Non voglio dimenticare la gentilezza del personale. Tornerò sicuramente.
