Più' che una cena, un vero viaggio nei sapori e nella tradizione. Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati, il personale e' preparatissimo. Ottimo ristorante. piatti gourmet servizio attento, affabile, cura del cliente. Pesce, carne,tartufo bianco- fantastico il tagliolino fresco al tartufo bianco. Anatra con bacon croccante su base zucca in crema

Con frutta. Bollicine sella e mosca uvaggio torbato. Calice rosso pinot nero elena walch. Caffè. Mini pasticceria. Tutto ottimo, servizio perfetto. Costo parametrico alla qualità e al tartufo bianco.

Sono stato ospite il 30/09 us ed ho appreso per caso che ad un mio invitato è stato proposto e servito a fine pasto, il frizzantino d’apertura per non sturare un’altra bottiglia di vino.
Il maitre di sala che si propone anche come sommelier e’ evidentemente inadeguato al livello del ristorante, peccato! Cosa direbbe il caro Ricatti di via sipontina????
Attenzione così finirà che farete la differenza solo per parvenuae e prezzi.
