PALAZZO CAPUTI
Renaissance style palace with a collection of works by Domenico Cantatore
The Renaissance-style palace, built in the 16th century, has a collection of works by Domenico Cantatore, a 20th century painter and illustrator from Ruvo di Puglia, but who spent most of his life in Milan as well as in Paris (where he died in 1998). He was particularly inspired by French artists (Picasso, Cézanne, Matisse...). The collection presents paintings, etchings and lithographs by the painter. The palace also houses the book museum and the municipal library.
