Ci hanno riservato una stanza molto ampia, pulita e confortevole.
Il personale è davvero meraviglioso, ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e hanno avuto tanta pazienza con i due bambini più grandi che sono molto vivaci.
Ci hanno supportato in un momento di spavento con la piccolina dandoci tutto l'aiuto necessario.
Credo che, se un giorno dovessimo tornare ad Altamura, soggiorneremo di nuovo in questo splendido Hotel
