In the trulli area, in the heart of Rione Monti, a tourist but well-kept table. The chef Domenico Laera offers a classic local cuisine, made with products and raw materials from local suppliers. On the menu, there are assortments of regional cold meats and cheeses, fish from the Adriatic Sea, grilled or filleted meats and various pasta dishes such as the orecchiette al ragù di frizzl, a pasta dish from the peasant tradition based on local pancetta.

The service here was excellent. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and we got many complementaries, thank you!! Many good wine selections. Definitely recommend to everyone if you look for good food in Alberobello.

Abbiamo pranzato a pasqua in questo ristorante locale molto carino gentilezza del personale il cibo buono ma x essere una napoletana 2 piatti di cime di rapa e un piatto di salsicce e tre costolette d'agnello 2 calici di vino 91 euro un po caro ma tutto sommato ottimo
