A reference in the field of restoration. In the town area, very close to Piazza del Popolo, in a superb setting, a trullo with a vaulted room in exposed stone, sober and elegant. The cuisine is refined, generous and regional, it offers a beautiful overview of the typical products of the region: Martina Franca's capocollo, burrata, orecchiette, traditional fave e cicoria (bean purée and chicory). Good grilled meats and homemade desserts. Efficient and friendly service. Very good value for money for Alberobello.

Ristorante trovato per caso tra i suggerimenti "dove mangiare ad Alberobello". Devo dire che è stata una piacevole pausa. Era la prima volta che mangiavo in un posto che è stato selezionato tra i migliori da uno chef (Alessandro Borghese). È stata una bella esperienza. Ho preso un primo ottimo (spaghetti al Trullo) e abbondante il giusto, un assaggio di secondo (bombette pugliesi, di cui una era un po' fredda, ma nel complesso erano buone, da assaggiare) con contorno abbondante (patate). Servizio preciso, puntuale. Ambiente suggestivo, accogliente e pulito. Menù completo e prezzi secondo me giusti per il contesto. Consigliato.

Beautiful location, but overrated. The plate looked really nice but with no flavour, no taste and pasta was undercooked. The environment was weird because from the start I didn't feel well welcomed. Very expensive.
