A place that sounds a bit like its name: poetic and authentic, with a touch of elegance that reminds us that the peasant poet is also the prince of savoir-vivre. A rather picky and upscale clientele for a restaurant with an unshakeable reputation. Try pasta recipes or gnocchi with beans, asparagus and black truffle. To be enjoyed in front of the spectacle of the mothers busy preparing fresh pasta and desserts. A great experience! Remember to book in advance, the address is quite popular.

Siamo stati qui dopo aver visto le recensioni su Google. ma sinceramente il cibo non ne valeva la pena!!! il cameriere era un vero gentiluomo... aveva un'ottima ospitalità. forse avevamo aspettative molto alte poiché ho notato anche la tabella delle Guide Michelin che avevano nel 2020. Sono rimasto sorpreso dopo quelli che abbiamo provato. non c'era flusso che potesse essere giustificato... Ho visto lo chef fare il cameriere e non so chi abbia cucinato per noi. comunque non ci torneremo. Non lo consiglio.

siamo stati due settimane fa in questo locale nel centro di alberobello a pranzo. abbiamo ordinato la tagliata , le orecchiette alle cime di rapa , le scaloppine ai funghi cardoncelli. la tagliata dava di pesce non so se la carne viene tagliata sul tagliere del pesce ma davvero dava di pesce putrefatto. poi parliamo delle orecchiette : pessime fuori cottura ed insapori la cima di rapa era congelata e senza un sapore. le scaloppine invece erano decenti poco saporite ma fatte bene. poi passiamo ai camerieri tutti ottimi apparte uno in particolare di nome Ciro con un comportamento arrogante , gretto e che sembrava quasi a prenderci per i fondelli per non parlare del fatto che aveva un atteggiamento superiore verso gli altri camerieri per farsi avere una recensione positiva sul suo conto.

Great little place in Alberobello.
Good honest local food at great prices.
They squeezed a table of 7 of us in at short notice, we just walked in and the last to leave before they closed. Food was good, reasonably priced (~€17 per person, including drinks) and service was friendly and prompt.
