We fell in love with this organic restaurant! Nestled in a beautifully restored traditional trulli house, you can sit under the vaults or on the veranda facing the vegetable garden where the owners pick the vegetables in front of you. Short circuit guaranteed! The welcome is warm and humble, and the decoration, with its menus and quotes written directly on the walls, contributes to this enveloping atmosphere. One feels good at Terra Madre and the cuisine, multi-vitamin and delicately cooked, is a parade of flavours.

Locale caratteristico all'interno dei famosi trulli , si può pranzare o cenare vicino al piccolo orto coltivato con prodotti km 0, personale giovane , scattante molto attento , preparato. C'era la possibilità di degustare menù alla carta o menù degustazione, non tantissima scelta ma tutto ottimo.

Esperienza sensoriale e degustiva al top. Sono andata nel periodo natalizio, in questa meravigliosa trattoria, contraddistinta da un ambiente rustico e famigliare come piace a me. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale e servizio impeccabile, ci hanno addirittura offerto l'antipasto ed il caffè. Ci tornerei altre 100 volte, magari in estate per approfittare della bella vista sull'orto del retro della trattoria. Forza, top!

A solid 4+ stars for the sustainable, healthy, and tasty cuisine and a beautiful setting right next to the orto. I'd wish for a couple more of such restaurants to bring more of that to the region.

What is not to like? Place operates with a 0km philosophy, he has a beautiful garden at the back where he grows all his fresh produce and prepares beautiful dishes for you table side. We did the vegetable degustazione + 2 main courses highly recommended.

The atmosphere backyard is absolutely fantastic, immersive experience of living in the nature with the small organic garden. I ordered a traditional local dish - Orecchiette, amazing. The tiramisu is worth a try as well.
