We fell in love with this organic restaurant! Nestled in a beautifully restored traditional trulli house, you can sit under the vaults or on the veranda facing the vegetable garden where the owners pick the vegetables in front of you. Short circuit guaranteed! The welcome is warm and humble, and the decoration, with its menus and quotes written directly on the walls, contributes to this enveloping atmosphere. One feels good at Terra Madre and the cuisine, multi-vitamin and delicately cooked, is a parade of flavours.

Che gran bel posto! E che cenetta da leccarsi i baffi, originale e a km0! Il punto forte di questo posto è la verdura prodotta nell’orto di cui propongono una degustazione per due persone a 20€ (ogni stagione prodotti diversi e presentati con ricette e accostamenti davvero buoni!), ma anche primi e secondi non scherzano per qualità delle materie prime, accostamenti di sapori e presentazione! E poi il gusto… poco sale, olio buono e tanto tanto sapore! Davvero una cucina ottima e una bella esperienza. Un po’ più costoso del classico ristorante ma le proposte meritano. Personale giovane e cordiale. Meglio prenotare.

Personale molto attento e preparato, e almeno uno dei camerieri parla un ottimo inglese. Menù vario, perfetto sia per 'carnivori' che vegetariani, con piatti molto interessanti. Ottime le birre artigianali. Anche i desserts sono molto buoni, la Torta Fondente è strepitosa!! Ci torneremo ????
