An illustrious and very fashionable address, housed in the Seminario Vescovile Palace, a historic 17th century building that combines charm and elegance. Here, the authentic local cuisine takes on the appearance of haute gastronomy, rewarded with a Michelin star. Under the guidance of the chef Maria Cicorella, traditional recipes are revisited with an insatiable search for harmony of flavours, respecting the raw materials, between tradition and modernity. Beautiful selection of regional and national wines. Reservation recommended.

Wow che ristorante. Stupendo. Nel cuore di Conversano. Proprietario gentilissimo. Simpatico. Arredo stupendo. C’è anche un pianoforte per chi volesse….. ottimi piatti. Ottimo servizio. Assolutamente da provare.
