An illustrious and very fashionable address, housed in the Seminario Vescovile Palace, a historic 17th century building that combines charm and elegance. Here, the authentic local cuisine takes on the appearance of haute gastronomy, rewarded with a Michelin star. Under the guidance of the chef Maria Cicorella, traditional recipes are revisited with an insatiable search for harmony of flavours, respecting the raw materials, between tradition and modernity. Beautiful selection of regional and national wines. Reservation recommended.

L’esperienza che ti cambia la vita. Ristorante senza alcun dubbio che fa la differenza. Il cibo e i vini sono una poesia. Il Pashà è tutto il suo staff, hanno reso questa nostra esperienza, una magia. Grazie a tutti voi e sopratutto grazie a Juan Pablo, Sommelier con un esperienza da far paura, per averci regalato così tante emozioni per il nostro palato.

This is an exceptional restaurant. Food was the best from all the starred restaurants we visited.
The service was amazing. Pasha is worthy of a second star.

Una cena stellata fantastica. Io e mio marito abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio qui: è stata una esperienza fantastica, tutto assolutamente elegante e raffinato. Cantina, cibo, personale e location così come ci si aspetta presso un ristorante stellato. Esperienza da rivivere, chef Zaccardi top ????
