This is the restaurant of the hotel of the same name. From its beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, it offers a breathtaking view of the deep blue of the Adriatic and the historic city of Polignano, perched on the cliff opposite. The chef plays a marine score, as close as possible to the local product and its freshness. Here, you choose your own fish. After enjoying a welcome glass of champagne, you can choose one of the many bottles from the well-stocked wine cellar, with a preference for a bottle from Puglia.
