Traditional, neat, intimate and authentic... In short, a small address just the way we like it. Rosaria (Rirì for the intimate ones) is in the ovens, preparing a cuisine that follows the market arrivals and honours the local products. The assortment of antipasti offers a good overview of the local specialities, and the pasta dishes are excellent, in the pure Apulian tradition: orecchiette with tomato and cacioricotta, paccheri with seafood... Pleasant room under the stone vaults, and a small terrace in the street when the weather is nice.

Le restaurant était en train de fermer lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Le personnel a accepté gentiment de nous accueillir. Heureusement ! Cuisine maison, pour ma part j'ai choisi la pièce de boeuf black Angus. La cuisson était parfaite, les patates sautées à l'ail aussi. Nous nous sommes laissés guider pour le vin, il en résulte une magnifique bouteille de vin rouge à 16 €. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de prendre un dessert, mais l'envie y était.

Location carina ed accogliente. Personale cortese e disponibile. Portate davvero originali e nel sapore, e nella stessa presentazione. Ambiente tranquillo ,dove si respira aria familiare importante per gustare meglio il tutto. Alla fine " Zia Rirì" con la sua semplicità, ma ricchezza di gentilezza e servizio è un po' la zia di tutti.
