Traditional, neat, intimate and authentic... In short, a small address just the way we like it. Rosaria (Rirì for the intimate ones) is in the ovens, preparing a cuisine that follows the market arrivals and honours the local products. The assortment of antipasti offers a good overview of the local specialities, and the pasta dishes are excellent, in the pure Apulian tradition: orecchiette with tomato and cacioricotta, paccheri with seafood... Pleasant room under the stone vaults, and a small terrace in the street when the weather is nice.

Poca scelta nel menú e prezzi alti. Le pietanze erano più che sufficientemente buone ma ogni cosa sembrava ri-alzata di 3-4 euro così, per sport. 19 euro una normalissima fettina (di medio-piccole dimensioni e spessa si e no 1 cm) ricoperta completamente di pomodorini per ingrandire all'occhio la portata..
A questi prezzi ti immagini ben altra location...non certo di stare in uno spazietto ristretto su una strada in salita e con il tavolo per giunta in pendenza!

Parto subito con quello che ho mangiato a cena: orecchiette al grano arso con pomodorini e capocollo su letto di fave...notevole e filetto di maialino con prugne...un'esplosione di sapori. Complimenti per preparazione competenza e gestione di tutti i coperti al giovane Giuseppe (credo si chiami). Posto e contesto ok.
