A trattoria run by Giuseppe Baldacci, located in a small palace completely renovated. The traditional cuisine is well worth a visit, but what sets the establishment apart is the quality and freshness of the seafood, served raw or highlighted in recipes that combine authenticity and balance of flavors. On Sundays, a set menu with a selection of antipasti. On the second floor, a bistro where excellent craft beers and local wines are served, accompanied by a large buffet of specialties.

Le cadre est super. De l'entrée au dessert (Triamisu à ne pas rater !!!) on s'est régalé et en plus les prix sont corrects, très belle expérience.

Nonostante i prodotti fossero di ottima qualità, in questo piatto i frutti di mare erano freddissimi e la pasta calda; gli antipasti molto buoni, ma spendere 86€ x 2 paccheri, 2 fritti di pesce nemmeno abbondanti, un calice di vino e una bottiglia d'acqua mi sembra esagerato.

This restaurant is one of the best in Brindisi. The variety, quality, taste and service are excellent. Raf and Toto are nice guys. We will definitely come back (3rd time).
