This restaurant succeeds the Fornello da Ricci, a legendary establishment in Ceglie since 1966, the first in Puglia to be awarded a Michelin star thirty years later. Antonella took over the family restaurant with Vinod, of Mauritian origin. Associated in the kitchen as well as in life, they create an innovative gastronomic cuisine that is nonetheless strongly rooted in the land, with fine assortments of antipasti and secondi of meat mainly.
