Remarkable restaurant located in the elegant Tenuta Monacelle and its famous trulli. The chef Pierluca Ardito has created a refined cuisine of local and seasonal produce, made with products "à kilometer zero". Dishes of the Apulian tradition, impeccably executed and beautifully presented, with a balance of finesse and without superfluous frills. The bread to accompany the meal and the desserts are homemade. The ideal place for a romantic tête-à-tête and to cut yourself off from the modern world. Excellent service.

Un posto incantevole che ti fa tornare indietro nel tempo
Che meraviglia,complimenti
I trulli forniscono l'ambientazione perfetta non sono per eventi e pranzi vari, ma anche per matrimoni!
Sono stato la scorsa domenica qui per i mercatini di natale, e c'era un'atmosfera davvero magica, nonostante la pioggia!
Inoltre, ho partecipato a una festa di matrimonio qui in estate, anche quello molto bello!
Non ho usufruito delle camere invece, quindi non posso dare giudizi del posto come hotel.
