Remarkable restaurant located in the elegant Tenuta Monacelle and its famous trulli. The chef Pierluca Ardito has created a refined cuisine of local and seasonal produce, made with products "à kilometer zero". Dishes of the Apulian tradition, impeccably executed and beautifully presented, with a balance of finesse and without superfluous frills. The bread to accompany the meal and the desserts are homemade. The ideal place for a romantic tête-à-tête and to cut yourself off from the modern world. Excellent service.

Ho visitato il resort in occasione dei mercatini di natale, bellissima atmosfera, i mercatini sono molto carini e suggestivi nonostante il Natale non sia proprio un mood propriamente pugliese. Non do 5 stelle perché secondo me il prezzo dei tickets è eccessivo. 25 euro per 5 ticket e così via sono troppi se paragonati a cosa viene offerto, se si usassero ad esempio per prendere 5 panzerotti ogni panzerotto costerebbe 5 euro...follia. Un prezzo idonea sarebbe stato 5 tickets 20 euro e poi a salire.

Un mercatino di Natale molto carino in un posto suggestivo. Il cibo proposto è acquistabile con ticket ed è genuino e tipico pugliese. Ottimo il panettone di loro produzione. Bella atmosfera!
