This 16th-century masseria and its traditional dry-stone walls tell us the centuries-old history of the Itria Valley. At the same time refined and distinguished, almost monastic, the restaurant room seems to respond to the echo of the past. To this is added the fine traditional cuisine of the chef, who offers a range of exquisite dishes, such as the copious and "km 0" antipasti. Good, simple, authentic, perfectly accompanied by a fruity Primitivo. A tip: after lunch, enjoy the garden and the swimming pool (20 €/person)!

Auto parkeren, waar meer dan genoeg plekken waren. Als je uit de auto stapt loop je tegen een prachtig gebouw aan. Eenmaal binnen word je ontzettend fijn verwelkomd en naar een prachtig gedekte tafel geleid.
Bediening is zeer vriendelijk!
Eten ontzettend culinair en netjes geserveerd.
