This 16th-century masseria and its traditional dry-stone walls tell us the centuries-old history of the Itria Valley. At the same time refined and distinguished, almost monastic, the restaurant room seems to respond to the echo of the past. To this is added the fine traditional cuisine of the chef, who offers a range of exquisite dishes, such as the copious and "km 0" antipasti. Good, simple, authentic, perfectly accompanied by a fruity Primitivo. A tip: after lunch, enjoy the garden and the swimming pool (20 €/person)!

Nice venue, rooms ideal for the setting not too hot either with the air con. Food at lunch wasn’t bad, breakfast nice but quite similar every day. Overall would return. Staff are very friendly and accommodating also.

Masseria molto bella e in ottima posizione. Ero lì come invitata ad un matrimonio. Il catering, probabilmente esterno, era purtroppo pessimo. Inoltre, la receptionist è un tantino antipatica.
