A beautiful culinary moment in perspective! We love this address on the other side of the public gardens, combining a touch of aristocratic hospitality with the exaltation of the flavours of Salento. The cuisine is both authentic and refined, seasonal dishes and recipes of the peasant tradition are presented in carefully prepared plates, and modest fave e cicorie (chicory bean purée), enhanced by a drizzle of fragrant olive oil, are transformed into a gastronomic dish! Excellent wines and very good value for money.

Ristorante appena fuori dal centro.Vari antipasti, discreto il fritto misto.Molto buoni i primi,Ciceri e tria e le orecchiette con polpettine.Discreto la burrata con alice.Servizio un po' lento.
