A beautiful culinary moment in perspective! We love this address on the other side of the public gardens, combining a touch of aristocratic hospitality with the exaltation of the flavours of Salento. The cuisine is both authentic and refined, seasonal dishes and recipes of the peasant tradition are presented in carefully prepared plates, and modest fave e cicorie (chicory bean purée), enhanced by a drizzle of fragrant olive oil, are transformed into a gastronomic dish! Excellent wines and very good value for money.

Locale carino esteticamente, ma servizio che lascia a desiderare. Troppa attesa nel servizio. Inoltre, il titolare a mio avviso non può prendere l'ordine, deve avere personale qualificato in sala. Il cameriere che girava per servire ai tavoli non parlava italiano è spesso non capiva ciò che gli chiedevamo. Ordinato un antipasto: capocollo di martina franca e pittule, arrivato con molta molta calma, un piccolo piattino con pittule microscopiche tagliate a metà con una piccolissima fettina di capocollo messa dentro..non il massimo dell'estetica...Assolutamente da rivedere.
Un primo piatto della tradizione salentina, come le sagne 'cannulate, pagate ad un prezzo più alto rispetto alla qualità media, e alla poca porzione servita.
