PALAZZO MARESGALLO
Formerly a palace, the hotel boasts a museum and 12 suites with art-decorated lounges.
This 16th century palace has been coming back to life since a couple from Paris embarked on the ambitious and somewhat crazy project of restoring it and converting it into a hotel. Open since 2021, it reveals itself in a series of rooms that one explores as one would visit a museum, but a living museum, inhabited by a soul, a love for beauty. Here, each object seems to exist only for the place it occupies. The twelve suites, the lounges decorated with works of art, the patio with swimming pool, the spa and the rooftop invite you to succumb to the dolce vita.

Our room, adorned with tasteful furnishings and adorned with classic Italian flair, provided a sanctuary of comfort. From the balcony, we marvelled at the breathtaking views of Lecce's architectural wonders, including the iconic Baroque structures that define the cityscape.
Palazzo Maresgallo not only pampered us with luxurious amenities but also immersed us in the cultural tapestry of Lecce. Our stay was a seamless fusion of history, indulgence, and personalized service—a truly great experience that left an indelible mark on our travel memories. Miriam and her amazing staff treated us like family
A stunning palazzo in the heart of the city, decorated with great taste and elegance.
Miriam and her wonderful staff will make you feel so welcome, and so special that you will want to come back. The breakfast is exquisite, and prepared with so much care and detail. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. We felt like dukes in a palace.. Ps: Miriam gives amazing recommendations if you wish to visit the surroundings or have a fresh fish along the coast..
