Old Liberty style palace located 100 meters from the sea offering classic and superior rooms

One hundred metres from the sea and close to the city centre, Villa Raffaella is an old Liberty-style palace that offers classic and superior rooms, as well as apartments (from 2 to 4 people) decorated with coquetry, some of which offer a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Each apartment has a kitchenette, a living room and independent access. The "tramontana" is the smallest apartment, but certainly the most charming, with its large windows offering a spectacular view of the Gulf of Otranto.

Very bad, lots of bugs and caterpillars in the room. Also a horrible, heavy and pungent smell in the room. We asked at the reception to change our room, they told us all the rooms are the same, but if we want to change we have to pay an extra €50! The breakfast is poor!

Terrible accommodation. The staff is not helpful at all. Rooms full of insects. Bad smell in the room. Old bathroom. Asked for tea, brought us lukewarm water and charged €5. I do not recommend it to anyone

Sehr altes Hotel, schaut auf den Fotos besser aus als es ist. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Innenhof, sitzen konnten wir draussen auch nur im dunklen Innenhof obwohl die Zimmer mit Gartenblick oder Meerblick im oberen Stock frei waren.

Alte Einrichtung, Risse unter Fenstern und bei den Türen, im Zimmer hat es stark nach Moder gerochen. Geputzt wurde ordentlich.

Das Personal war bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich, danach haben wir die Dame nicht mehr gesehen.

Frühstück war ok .. nichts besonderes.

Es gibt sicher nettere Hotels in Santa Cesarea Therme.

Bella la posizione ma un 4 stelle per me deve avere reception 24 h su 24 e guardiano notturno.Problema di pagamento non chiaro con transazione a loro dire non eseguita ma ricevuta online come andata a buon fine 2 volte oltre ad alto pagamento eseguito con altra carta....nessuno della direzione si è fatto sentire in merito.
